Thank you for the opportunity to earn your trust. We’re your One Stop Shop — a local, family-owned business serving Montgomery County, Lake Conroe, Conroe and The Woodlands for over 30 years (family-owned since 1994), and we hold an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. We’d like to introduce you to the services we offer, and thank you for allowing us to care for your home the way you require.
Vacation or weekend home? Out of the country? A rental or Airbnb? We monitor the exterior and interior of your home — weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, however often you feel is needed — to make sure nothing is out of the ordinary, and we keep you informed of anything that needs attention. If there’s an emergency, we get it under control first and then reach out. We treat your home as if it were our own, and we handle any repair at a lower rate than the bigger companies. And when you call, you get us — we answer our phones; we are not AI. We change HVAC filters and handle cleaning, maintenance and repairs, honey-do’s, lawn and pool care, plumbing, electrical, gutters, tree and limb service (including palms), watercraft repairs, power/soft washing, window cleaning inside and out, winterizing/summarizing the home, bulkhead and sinkhole repair, and much more.
Your home will be cared for while you’re away. We walk the property, report anything unusual, make sure the work is done correctly, and communicate with craftsmen so you don’t have to. If your home is leased, we monitor it to your specifications and notify you immediately by email, text or phone if we spot a problem. We like to visit a rental at least once a month; once we’ve built a relationship with the tenant, interior visits can move to quarterly. We are your eyes, and we make sure your home is cared for.
We bring the best craftsmen on board — our own staff and local, certified tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, cabinet makers). This service takes care of all your home needs, including the things other companies say are “too small.” One phone call can take care of it all , and every effort is made to keep costs to a minimum.
